NMC

almost three month after our little chat, he gave me a call and told me that we gonna pay a visit to the NMC admins. we went on friday 21 of january. i showed them what i got, they seem to be ok with it. then i went last thursday and took some pictures, really cool pictures with a kodak and sony digital cameras.
well dont know what numbers i am gonna call. who cares i am in business.

It was a sunday morning, actually late like 10 or something. there was an assignment to be done, and i was waiting for my class mates in my school comp. lab. a guy who is one class lower than me. his name is amhayes but there is a common way of calling the amhayes people as amish. he greated me and sat next to me. i was wathing jaguar( the car X-type - one of the models). we talked about some stuff and he asked me whether i can build a gallery for him, and i never hesitated, i said yes.

cutting my own hair. That was last night. I did not do a bad job but I should have done better with the back. If I had a camera I would have should you a before and after picture, but I don't. Sucks for you.

The dog was too much for everybody. We only had it for about 5 months. Yesterday, Defu's therapist, Lee, came and took it away. The only sad thing about the situation is Sasa crying. I did not think she was that attached to the dog.

Banner Elk Trip 2004

8/7
We left the house around 11am. Explorer: Yeshi, Folle, defu, champ and gibby. In the Corolla: me said, zeni, and Carlos. Sasa and Fanet left for Charlotte with Asefa the day before. We had to swing by Charlotte to pick up Sasa and Fanet before going to Boone. We arrived at the resort around 11:30pm. We checked in to 9A. Last year we stayed at 5A.
8/8
We played some tennis and did some paddling in the pond. Carlos caught a dead fish in the pond. Later on some of us went to Walmart. Fanet and Carlos went to the free hot dog giveaway. They later on got in trouble for eating too many hot dogs. By the time we came back from Walmart, the remaining crew had arrived; nicky, his mom, eden and Mentiso. When I saw them, all but nicky's mom was wet; they all had fell in the pond playing around with the other kids. I had also fallen earlier that day.
8/9
A few of us went to the free breakfast. The day's main event was hiking. Some of us went to the Linville Falls Hike and others went to the Green Knob Trail Hike. Sasa, Zeni, Champ, Said and I went to the Green Knox Trail Hike. At the beginning of the hike, Sasa said she is gonna jog the whole thing and ran off. Said told me to go after her and I did so. I would go on to pass her for she was hiding behind a tree. I went on to finish the hike looking for her. She had gotten back to the rest of the group but they proceeded to get lost. Some dude found them on the highway and brought them back to the car. Good thing the hike was a loop because it also put me back to the car.

Most of us went canoing. Some of us played tennis when we returned from the canoing. I don't remember much about this day.
8/11
We went to Upper Creek Falls. We hiked to see a waterfall and the later on they took us to a swimming hole. Everyone was sliding of the cliff and jumping from a rope tide to a tree. Later that night a surprise birthday party was thrown for the triplets. Amsal planned it and Said, Fanet, Gibby, and I chipped in to buy the stuff. I very badly prepared the hot dogs and the hamburgers. The party was thrown at the grill next to the tennis court. The party began around 10pm and lasted until 1am.
8/12
The day started with rain and ended with more bad news. We got in trouble for going to Food Lion. I took Nicky and Fanet and later on Carlos, Mentiso, and Eden to Food Lion. We got in trouble because we did not ask permission before we went.
8/13
We spent a good part of the day at grandfather mountain. We hiked up to a swinging bridge and took some pictures. It was very foggy at the top of the mountain. There was a mini zoo and a small museum at the place.
8/14
We checked out of the resort around noon and proceeded on to our last adventure; rafting. We used the same company as last year. The rafting was much more fun because we had some experience. A lot more people fell in the water this time around; sasa, fanet, nicky, and gibby. After the rafting we check into to the Marriott in Boone.
8/15
The VA crew and gibby went to Mystery Hill. The rest of us hit the road to Columbia by 1:30. We were here at 9:00. That is only 7:30 hours. Amazing!
For Next Time
Bring a lot more money and also not to forget to bring good sandals.

The Summer

spring semester ended two weeks ago and I am expected to start my fall
semester late August. So much this summer, I have spent much of my
time cleaning the house. Our house needs a lot of cleaning. Most of my
other times spent on reading. I am making this post from the Howard
County Central Library and I am here to pick up Huckleberry
Finn and The Mill on the Floss. This morning I finished
reading Red Rabbit, a Tom Clancy book. I think that is the
second one in the Jack Ryan serious. I still have not decided what my
next Tom Clancy will be. I shall consult google and yahoo and decide
what shall be next.

Back in Columbia

I am all finished with my classes and I am back in Columbia, MD. Summer has finally started for me. It will be a short summer for me though. Fall semester should start up in late August. The only thing I plan on doing this summer is to read books and work on my Ravens web site.
